The only content you provide is your optional display name. By setting a display name, you confirm it does not contain offensive, defamatory, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove display names that violate these terms.
All content in the app — including puzzles, design, text, and artwork — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. Puzzle content is generated and reviewed for quality but we make no guarantee of accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
